find the perfect place for your wedding weekend getaway

There are room blocks set up through two hotels: The Volare San Clemente and the Holiday Inn Express in San Clemente. Details on the room pricing, amenities, and how to book can be found below. Please note that we will no longer be providing a shuttle to and from the hotels as not enough guests will be staying at the hotels. Please plan to take a ride share service or taxi if you do not plan to drive.

If you do plan to drive, there are many public parking options near Ole Hanson that you are welcome to use. The most convenient guest parking is the metered lot adjacent to the venue for $1.50/hour from 9 am to 10 pm daily. The other options include complimentary parking within walking distance in residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda, and allows for overnight unmetered parking.

An alternative hotel that is a short walk to the venue, the Casablanca Inn, does not offer room blocks. However, they do offer affordable rates, so if you would like to be within walking distance to the venue this may be an ideal option.

There are also many Airbnb and Vrbo rentals in San Clemente that may suit your accommodation needs better, so feel free to explore the area broadly!

If you would like to make a booking through the hotel room blocks, please plan to do so by April 11th, 2025 to secure the group rates.

The Volare San Clemente

  • $163 per night*

    Rooms are available from 5/23 - 5/26. You can book individual nights if you don’t plan to attend the pre-wedding events.

    Reservations must be made under group name/block, Shannon Richardson Wedding, to receive the discounted group rate. Reservations made directly with hotel but outside of the block will be honored at the group rate if booked before the group cut-off date. Reservations made outside of the block via any third-party site (ie: Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) or through an advance purchase reservation will NOT be honored group rates under any circumstances. 

    Cancellation policy is before 4 PM of the day prior to arrival.
